1. Brief Introduction of SKJ Series Flat Die Pellet Mill:
(1) Our products SKJ Series Pellet Mill is made through special technique, and is used to process fuel particles, with large compactness and high fuel value.
(2) The Pellet Mill s’ particle specification could be adjusted at will by replacing mould.
(3) Feed particles have smooth surface, appropriate hardness, high degree of inner curing which could lead to starch pasting and protein solidification, improved nutritive quality of feed, easy digestion and absorption, as well as the death of common pathogenic germ and parasite.
(4) Fertilizer particles could be pressed after going through mould compression ration adjustment. When the instantaneous temperature rises to low-temperature pelleting standard (below 60 degree) during pelleting process, low temperature materiel such as bio-organic fertilizer, bio-bacteria fertilizer, compound fertilizer could form into pellets.

Flat die wood pellet mill adopts Germany technic ,which is our national patent product. the flat die has the unique advantages bearing more pressure than ring die pellet mill .ring die is restricted by its diameter, its roller can not be enlarged engough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong engough to withstand pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass materails, there will be much friction between rollers and die , needs high pressure to press good pellets, so flat die pellet mill is more popular all over the world.
