Brief Introduction of Straw/Palm pellet mill
Straw/Palm pellet mill --XGJ series is the special Pellet mill for making all kinds of wood pellets, biomass waste pellets, straw pellets, grass pellets, rice husk pellets and so on. The pellet mill together with the shredder, chipper, dryer, crusher, Pellet mill, cooler, screener, bagging machine and the related conveyors, silos and other machines, to make the complete pellet mill plant.

At present, there are two kinds of Straw/Palm pellet mill can be recognized in the world, one is the flat die pellet mill, the other one is the ring die pellet mill. Flat die pellet mill can stand much more pressure for making hard pellets. But the ring die pellet mill can have much higher output etc. for confirming the market, we have combined two kinds of pellet mills together. That is the XGJ series efficient pellet mill.

The capacity for the single Straw/Palm pellet mill can be from 500kg/h to 50,000 kg/h at this moment, so we have the biggest flat die pellet mill and the biggest capacity wood pellet mills.

Features and Structure of Straw/Palm pellet mill

Function and advantages of SKJ Series flat die wood pellet mill
1. Double-entrance hopper.
(1) The square hopper (aka spare hopper or backup hopper), this hopper can be opened during the testing process, the operator can deliver the material into the pellet mill from here manually.
(2) The round hopper (aka main hopper), during the pellet production, the material usually be delivered into this hopper. While the backup hopper should be closed during this period. We also offer belt conveyor and screw conveyor which can deliver the raw material into the hopper.

2. Safety lock
This safety lock control the obsevation doors, the operator can see the running status inside the pellet mill. We suggest this door be closed during the pellet production, unless you hear any strange voice in granulation chamber.

3. Plate motor
This motor drive the plate under the die during the pellet production.

4. Electrical cabinet
The electrical cabinet can start and stop the pellet mill, it also has an emerengy button on it, which allows the whole facility full stop in second.

5. Grease pump
The grease pump inject the lubricating grease into the granulation chamber and primary shaft at interval. Customer can feel free to adjust the grease supplying frequency, but should ensure the roller bearing has sufficient grease.

6. Die
Our processing machine ensures the accurate and reliable of holes drilling on the die.

7. Material collection tube
During the pellet production, some extra material will be unloaded from this tube, the user can collect those material and deliver into pellet mill again for reuse.
