1. Brief Introduction of SKJ Series Flat Die Pellet Mill:
ring die pellet mill is used to make animal feed pellets/wood biomass pellets.

Raw material can be corn,wheat/rice husk,wood sawdusts,peanut shell,etc.
For animal feed pellets,raw material can be corn,maize,wheat,etc.,to feed animals,because the pellets add vitamin,protein,and so on,can keep nutrition and easy to store or sell after packing.
For biomass pellets,raw material can be wood sawdust,wood powder,crop stalk,rice husk,corn stalk,cotton stalk,grass,peanut shell,coconut shell,etc. The biomass pellets with high heat value, burning time is longer than raw wood,low consumption,the biomass pellets can be burnt to produce gas,and then producing electric,also,the pellets can be used to burn to keep warm in some cold area,can use in furnace or stove.

Process of making feed pellets by our ring die pellet mill:
1, Crushing the raw material into less than 5mm powders;
2, Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%;
3, Pressing to powder raw materials into pellets,for the feed pellets size,we can make 1.5-18mm according to customers’ requests.
